Day of the Dead!

This past October & November I decided to finally dive into doing some Day of the Dead stuff. A friend of mine is of Hispanic decent and she took me to an inspiring event at a local high school. The kids really inspired me with their creativity. So, for Halloween I decided to paint a mask and use that theme for my costume. Below are a few pics of my process. I have also posted one pic of my sugar skull, unfortunately I did not photograph that process of making the actual sugar skulls, or the painting party we had at my friends house.
